| Commercial Products: CIP-Series The CIP -Series systems have flow rates in the 24,000 to 150,000 gallon per day range and are designed with horizontally mounted membranes. The standard features of the CIP Series products are built onto a powder coated steel frame and include fiberglass membrane vessels rated to 300 psi., ABS control panel with microprocessor controlled low feed pressure cut out, pre-treatment lockout, product tank full and high TDS shut off. Vessel array in and out and filter in and out glycerin filled stainless steel gauges are standard. 316 stainless steel brine and recirculation valves are included along with a 304 stainless pump. A pre-filter housing with 2-inch ports and 6” x 20” 10 micron pre-filter is included. The CIP systems are able to be upgraded with several options and support products such as chemical injection, U.V. Sterilization, GAC auto back wash filtration, pH monitoring, ORP meter for chlorine monitoring and boost pump for system feed.
