| Residential Products: Cascade The Cascade Filtration Drinking Water System uses a high capacity sediment filter and advanced dual carbon block filtration process. The standard 25-micron high capacity pre-sediment filter removes dirt, rust and other suspended solids. Other micron rated pre-sediment filters are available. The standard 5-micron dual carbon block filtration process allows for up to 1700 gallons of great tasting water before a filter change is required. The Carbon block filters remove chlorine, taste and odors. A 1-micron carbon block is available but not recommended for low-pressure areas. The Cascade Filtration Drinking Water Systems utilize the same manifold design, color- coded filters, and matching quick-connect tubing connections as used in the Sierra RO systems. This makes filter changes clean and simple. The Cascade filtration cartridges are 100% factory tested before they are sealed and shipped dry. Cascade options include UV post treatment. All Cascade systems include faucet and installation hardware. |
